Search engines are evolving, and user behavior is changing as well. We have been experimenting with different approaches based on results shared by others on social media and insights we’ve discovered while optimizing for our clients. Drawing from everything we have learned so far, we have created a handbook for Berlin (our AI Agent) to optimize search performance for our clients. This serves as the single source of truth that Berlin uses for client optimization, and we believe that sharing this with the world will open up more possibilities for experimentation and help determine what works and what doesn’t.
